Tardebigge done…

well almost!  We enjoyed it so much we thought we’d leave the top lock until tomorrow – the moorings are better here.  We were the first boat up this morning, and did the 29 locks in 4 hours exactly.  We thought that wasn’t too shabby, considering there are only the two of us – all the locks were either empty, or we met someone coming down.

  1. Well done, you deserve a beer! Only problem is the pub is at the bottom unless the other one has re-opened! Everyone we meet keeps saying how quiet it is, we thought that we would meet loads of boats coming from Braunston on Monday we saw 2 all day! Where you are moored we had to squeeze in when we got up, so shows that its quiet!
